Children and Young People

Children and young people are an essential part of our church family. We truly value the fact that we are an 'all age' church. We have lots going on to involve children and young people of all ages. The church has a strict safeguarding policy to provide a safe environment for children and young people to be in. Anyone involved in leading or helping in a group must go through checks which are constantly being monitored and updated.

Junior Church

  • Meets every Sunday morning during the 10:30am service
  • Groups for different ages provide opportunities for fun and teaching
  • A creche for under 3's, then separate groups for 3-5s, 6-8s, 9-11s and 11+
  • Using a variety of materials we encourage children and young people though discussion, music, activities and drama to learn more about each other, explore the Bible and discover God's power and love in the world and in the lives of his people.

Off the Planet

Off the Planet is a group for young people aged 11+ which aims to explore Christian faith and daily living. They meet at different times throughout the year. Contact us for more details.

Our toddler group meets on a Wednesday and Friday morning at church during term time. A craft activity and time of singing are led by our Families Worker, with other helpers providing refreshments
